Refund Policy

Cancellation 168 hours or more before departure: 100% refund.

Cancellation more than 72 hours but less than 168 hours before departure: 70% refund.

Cancellation within 72 hours of departure (inclusive): generally non-refundable.

Force majeure or cancellation by the organizer: travelers may choose a 100% refund or one free reschedule.

Processing fees: the platform does not deduct any additional processing fee from travelers on refunds; such costs are absorbed by the platform.
